Lower Twp. police, firefighters find fiery crash, but no driver

LOWER TOWNSHIP — Police are investigating a fiery crash at the end of the Garden State Parkway early Thursday morning that may or may not include injuries and motor-vehicle violations.  Police haven't yet found the driver. All they know is that a car did not barrel into a utility pole and catch fire on its own.
